Unity Park Is The Perfect Place For A Family Day Adventure

The new Unity Park in Greenville is now open to the public and has proven to be an ideal location for Upstate families looking to enjoy a day filled with adventure.

Families can go on a picnic in the gorgeous 60-acre park, and kids will surely love the wide-open spaces, playgrounds, and splash pad.

The park includes a water splash pad and three playgrounds with ADA-accessible structures.

  • The TD Synnex Playground is about 30,000 square feet in size and features slides, rope climbing structures, boulder scrambles, balance logs and beams, and two lookout towers.
  • The Donovan Playground features a play structure, log bridge, swings, teeter-totters, auditory/sensory apparatus, and a salamander play sculpture.
  • The Ann Watson Trotter Memorial Garden features swings, natural play elements, and a climbing wall.
  • The Greenville Water Splash Pad has spray jets and a separate area for toddlers. It is open every day from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. When there is rain, even scattered showers, the Splash Pad will be switched off.

The playgrounds are open every day during regular park hours, from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., and the water splash pad is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Unity Park is located at 320 S. Hudson St., Greenville. For more information visit the park’s website.
