Greenville County-based Stomagienics, Inc. has announced plans to expand its operations.
According to the company, the expansion will result in the creation of 30 new employment in the county over the next three years.
Stomagienics, Inc., launched in 2018, is a company that provides innovative solutions for cancer survivors and those who have had ostomy surgery.
The company is committed to providing simple-to-use ostomy products. Following the operation of a family member, the founders saw a possibility for improved ostomy care. The company’s patented StomaGenie pouch replacement cartridge was developed in response to ostomy patients’ lack of control over stoma output, allowing for a more clean and sanitary experience.
Stomagienics, located at 1200 Woodruff Road in Greenville, plans to expand its facilities and equipment to support sales and operations, manufacture its StomaGenie pouch replacement cartridge, and engage in research and development.
