“Soul in Bloom” will open Sept. 6 at Spoonbill Gallery in Greenville.
The exhibit features works by multimedia visual artist Sunny Mullarkey and will be at 1292 Pendleton St. through Sept. 28.
For her works, Mullarkey crafts designs with bold colors and rich textures, said the gallery in a news release.
“I infuse every decision with childlike wonder, pushing colors to their most vibrant and crafting textures that draw you deeper into my imagination,” said Mullarkey. “Florals and feathers, treasures I’ve gathered on nature walks with my mom, are reimagined as I reconnect with the inner child’s awe for beauty.”
Spoonbill Gallery will host a First Friday reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 6 to celebrate the new collection.
