The Greenville Literacy Association will host its 23rd annual Really Good, Really Big, Really Cheap Book Sale at McAlister Square, beginning Aug. 10.
The two-day book sale is free to attend and will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 10, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 11.
GLA will also host a kick-off party Aug. 8 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission may be purchased online for $50 per person or $90 per couple. Each ticket includes dessert and drinks.
“We are pleased to welcome the community back to McAlister Square for the 23rd annual Really Good, Really Big, Really Cheap Book Sale,” said GLA Executive Director Victoria Novak. “Improving adult literacy is a significant step toward eliminating poverty in our community. By supporting The Really Good, Really Big, Really Cheap Book Sale, you can help make GED and ESL programs available to more people in our community.”
