Moonlight Movies Return To Falls Park Every Thursday In September Through October

The City of Greenville invites you to a free movie in Falls Park every Thursday beginning in September through October.

Movies start at sundown, and attendees are advised to arrive early to secure a good seat and play trivia before the show. 

Attendees are also welcome to bring their own food and beverages, chairs/blankets to spend a cozy night beneath the stars.

Poppington’s Popcorn will be on-site, as well as local food trucks. If you plan on bringing alcohol, a $1 wristband must be purchased on-site.

The schedule for Moonlight Movies 2021 is as follows:

• September 2 – Independence Day (1996)
• September 9 – Cool Runnings (1993)
• September 16 – Notorious (1946)
• September 23 – Matilda (1996)
• September 30 – A League of Their Own (1992)
• October 14 – Back to the Future (1985)
• October 21 – Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971)
• October 28 – Poltergeist (1982)

Greenville, SC’s Falls Park on the Reedy is located at 601 South Main Street.

Smoking is prohibited at all city-sponsored activities. This event also prohibits the bringing of pets, skateboards, or bicycles.
