The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, which takes place every year in more than 600 communities across the nation, is the largest fundraiser in the world for care, support, and research related to Alzheimer’s disease.
Participants of all ages are encouraged to take part in the disease-fighting effort. Participating in the walk helps raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease in our community and funds the event’s mission.
No matter where you reside in the Upstate, you can participate in the Alzheimer’s Association’s effort to raise funds and awareness for a breakthrough in the fight against Alzheimer’s and all other dementias.
In the Upstate this fall, the event will take place in Spartanburg, Greenville, and Anderson. You can register for the Upstate Walk using the links and dates below.
The participants’ well-being and safety come first. Event organizers will keep a close eye on CDC, state, and local guidelines to ensure Walk events follow the most recent recommendations.
