Iconic Film ‘Dirty Dancing’ Returns To The Big Screen To Celebrate Its 35th Anniversary

For its 35th anniversary, Dirty Dancing is coming back to theaters, and that includes those in the western Carolinas.

After three and a half decades, the Oscar-winning film Dirty Dancing, starring Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze, is returning to theaters on August 14 and August 17.

Along with the movie returning to theaters, the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack will also be re-released on vinyl and cassette, so get ready to relive your childhood memories and have the time of your life all over again.

The Upstate and western North Carolina theater schedule is shown below:

  • Regal Hollywood 20 in Greenville – Aug. 14 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., Aug. 17 at 7 p.m.
  • Regal Simpsonville Stadium 14 & IMAX – Aug. 14 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., Aug. 17 at 7 p.m.
  • Regal Biltmore Grande Stadium 15 – Aug. 14 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., Aug. 17 at 7 p.m.
