  • Canape – Tuscan Roll with prosciutto de parma, gorgonzola dolce, dried fruits, truffle honey, figs, nutmeg, and basil

  • Pan-Seared Loup de Mer (Mediterranean Sea Bass) with cauliflower puree, and buree blanc
  • Roasted Vegetable Lasagna with roasted seasonal vegetables, and tomato ragu sauce
  • Grilled Chicken Breast with roasted seasonal vegetables, and an herb caper sauce
