Greenville County library installs StoryWalk in Greer’s Century Park

The Greenville County Library System has collaborated with the city of Greer to install a StoryWalk display in Kids Planet at Century Park in Greer.

From June through August, park visitors may read pages from “Run Wild!” by David Covell as they stroll along the park’s sidewalk.

“StoryWalk inspires learning, promotes literacy and fosters community connections by providing a way for families to enjoy books and literacy-related activities,” Karen Allen, youth services manager for the Greenville County Library System.

StoryWalk books will be switched out every two months. The library also has a StoryWalk display on Main Street in downtown Greenville.
