Cinergy Entertainment Group said on Monday that it will soon be opening a location in Mauldin’s new BridgeWay Station development.
The new location will join the Italian-inspired BridgeWay town center, which also includes restaurants, apartments, a hotel, shops, and the pedestrian Swamp Rabbit Trail bridge, as the group’s ninth entertainment center.
“We couldn’t be more excited to expand into Greenville and be part of BridgeWay Station,” said Traci Hoey, Vice President of Marketing. “This is our second site in the Carolinas and we are excited to unveil our new prototype design synergizing all of the incredible experiences which catapulted us to the Top Family Entertainment Center in the World. Nothing else will compare to this newest version of Cinergy!
The $23 million center will feature a 10,000-square-foot virtual reality arcade with five VR experiences, a free-roaming arena, and VR bumper cars, as well as 10 bowling lanes, five escape rooms, seven dine-in movie theaters, a sports-themed bar, and private meeting spaces with audio-visual technology, full-service catering, and Wi-Fi.
The Mauldin location is the group’s second in the Carolinas, following Charlotte, and their third outside of Texas.
The first phase of the BridgeWay Station development is expected to be finished by late 2022.
