Broadway star Pat Dunn to perform with Greenville Youth Carole

Broadway star Pat Dunn will perform with local children’s choir, Greenville Youth Chorale, July 25 at White Oak Baptist Church in Greenville.

Kicking off at 7 p.m., “An Evening with Pat Dunn” will include a variety of solo pieces performed by Dunn as well as some duets with Siri Howard of Greenville and a performance of “Pure Imagination” from “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory” with the Greenville Youth Chorale.

“This is Pat Dunn’s fourth year working with our singers,” said Steven Brundage, executive director of Greenville Youth Chorale. “Pat is so good at relating with our singers. It’s such a treat for our kids to work so closely with someone of his caliber.”

“An Evening with Pat Dunn” is part of the chorale’s summer camp and concert “Summer on Stage,” which will run from July 23 to July 26. The week-long program will allow singers ages 6 to 18 to come together to rehearse, film and audio record a music video in downtown Greenville at First Presbyterian Church with Dunn.

Admission to the performance is $10 per person aged five to 18 years and $18 per individual over age 18. Tickets may be purchased online. For more information, visit greenvilleyouthchorale.org.
