Broadstreet flag football tournament raises $62K for Upstate Warrior Solution

Broadstreet, a private equity firm based in Greenville, announced that its third annual flag football tournament Oct. 24 at Fluor Field raised $62,540 for Upstate Warrior Solution, a nonprofit serving veterans, first responders and their families.

“As a local nonprofit focused on serving the Upstate, our success is directly linked to support from the community,” said Charlie Hall, president of Upstate Warrior Solution. “We’re grateful to Broadstreet for selecting us as the benefitting charity for this event and we look forward to exploring other ways to collaborate in the future.”

More than 300 participants and spectators attended the tournament, which featured teams from Contender Development/Blackstream, Durham Homes, ScanSource/A3 Communications and Broadstreet.
