The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) is continuously holding a number of testing events across the Upstate.
These testing opportunities are free of cost and open to anyone regardless of symptoms. No appointment or referral from a doctor is required. All you have to do is to pre-register online by visiting http://scdhec.gov/gettested.
Below are the details of the testing sites per county:
- Free DHEC Mobile Testing Events will be today through August 28 (Daily), 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Anderson County Health Department, 220 McGee McGee Road, Anderson
- August 25 & 26, 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Pickens County Health Department, 200 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens
- August 27 and 28, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Seneca Health Department (Oconee County), 609 North Townville Street, Seneca.
The COVID-19 test results are available within 72 hours.
