The Greenville Zoo has a new 12-foot alligator that has yet to be named, and you get the opportunity to name it.
You can name the alligator by dropping your suggestion in the drop box inside the alligator exhibit at any time between June 11 and June 20.
The top five names will be chosen by zoo staff, and online voting will be open from June 23 to June 30.
According to zoo officials, anyone can vote by making a donation of any amount. The winner will be the name that receives the most donations.
