A New Grocery Store Is Set To Open In Greenville

Reid’s Fine Food announced on their Facebook and Twitter page its expansion to downtown Greenville in mid-October.

“Serving since 1928, we are thankful to our customers who have ultimately brought us to where we are today. Thank you for all the support over the years – Greenville, here we come,” Reid’s posted on Facebook.

The Charlotte, North Carolina-based gourmet grocery chain will occupy the 4,600-square-foot space vacated by Caviar & Bananas at 1 North Laurens St. in downtown Greenville.

Reid’s will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with specialty meats, cheeses, juice and produce. In addition, the store will have catering services as well.

The company is looking to open more locations throughout the Carolinas, including places like Charleston, Columbia and Raleigh.

Reid’s Fine Foods at 1 North Laurens Street will be open 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sunday.
